YOGA
My style of yoga I teach is unique and authentic, in a way that intuitively I am able to connect on a deeper spiritual level and create yoga flows especially designed for your personal need.
I have been practicing yoga for over 15 years and completed my 200HR YTT Yoga Training in 2013 in Bali.
I have an obsession with the power of the mind and believe I have found the perfect balance between the spiritual side of yoga and meditation.
I teach traditional Yoga and Meditation combined with Reiki energetic healing skills and qualifications. My studies of yoga has lead me to a life of fulfillment, peace and happiness and have developed a passion to share it with the world.
I have had the privledge to teach thousands of people yoga and how to incorporae the tools that have helped me overcome many life challenges and obstacles in every day life.

We are sound, we are resonance, we are energy. We can heal ourselves through sound, through pure tones, energy (Reiki) Healing and breath (yoga, meditation). Cacao is the pathway to the hearts calling. This small and beautiful bean is so revered for its heart opening effects that its journey has carried it worldwide.
An Indigenous myth recalls that when the Earth and its people are out of balance, the cacao/sacred chocolate will come out of the rainforest to open peoples hearts and return the planet to a state of harmony and balance.
It is delicious and fun and will hold your hand through this beautiful uplifting journey.
Shamanic Reiki Healing
Reiki is a form of energy healing.
When your life-force energy is low, sickness and stress can manifest.
Reiki promotes healing by transforming negative energy into healing energy.
Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit. A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you offering clearing of internal and external wounds and blockages.
Reiki is ancient traditional Japanese healing and goes way back and I feel honoured to be able to share this gift with the world.
