My mission in life is to help support to end all suffering and to guide people to be able to live a life of fulfilment, health, happiness and love.
I dream of all my loved ones, friends and family living a happy, healthy and fulfilled life.
It is my life purpose to share, give and help loved ones and people in need.

With More than 14 years ago, I stepped into the world of health and wellness with one simple intention—to understand what it truly means to heal.
What began through fitness, yoga and nutrition soon became a lifelong journey of curiosity, study, travel and personal transformation. Along the way, I’ve immersed myself in ancient healing traditions, meditation, sound, energy work, bodywork, ceremony, and the incredible intelligence of the human body. Every experience has shaped not only who I am, but the way I now support others.
Today, Sol Luna Holistic Health is the expression of that journey.
My philosophy is simple: to blend ancient spirituality with modern science, creating deeply personalised experiences that honour your body, your nervous system, your energy and your unique blueprint. As science continues to uncover the profound connection between the mind, body and nervous system, many of the ancient practices that have existed for thousands of years are being understood in exciting new ways.
Through KaHuna Bodywork, Sound Frequency Healing, Energy Healing, yoga, meditation, transformational ceremonies and immersive wellness experiences, my intention is to create medicine that supports you exactly where you are. Every treatment, event and retreat is intuitively guided, recognising that no two healing journeys are ever the same.
My work has been inspired not only through years of professional study, but through my own experiences, travels, time spent in sacred ceremony, and a deep commitment to walking this path myself before guiding others. Healing, to me, is not about fixing someone—it’s about creating a safe space where the body can soften, the nervous system can regulate, the heart can open, and transformation can naturally unfold.
This is heart-centred work. It is grounded, intuitive and deeply personal.
