About
Fourteen years learning what it truly means to heal.
What began through movement, yoga and nutrition became a long apprenticeship to something older. Ancient healing traditions, sound, energy, ceremony, and the quiet intelligence of the body.
Healing was never about fixing anyone. It is about holding a space safe enough that the body softens, the nervous system settles, and something deeper is free to unfold in its own time.

The room opens to the sand at Bilinga, on the southern Gold Coast, a few quiet minutes from Coolangatta. You will hear the water the whole way through.
